 Payment

B&D offers customers the ability to prepay using American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. All credit card sales are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by their respective card holder agreements, and all applicable terms herein. Credit Cards are processed using Authorize.net with secure 128 bit SSL Encryption. At no time does B&D obtain or record sensitive card information when paying through authorize.net.

B&D offers Pre Qualified customers extended terms of up to 30 days. Credit is extended at the sole discretion of B&D Binder and Index, Inc., and may be gathered using a variety of methods in accordance with all legal credit reporting methods. All credit terms are subject to agreement. Please email credit@bdbinderindex.com to request a credit application.

 Over/Unders Custom orders submitted with extended terms are subject to a +/- 5% quantity variance, and will be billed accordingly.
 Delivery Great effort is made to ship all stock orders (DigiTabs©) within 24 hours. Custom orders enter production after the artwork has been approved. Proof approval if done online is immediate and typical orders will ship within 5-7 business days
 Rush Orders  We take rush orders very seriously. Every effort is made to ship Rush orders on time, in the rare instance that this can not be accomplished the rush fee will be refunded and the order will be shipped as soon as possible
 Shipping

Online orders are typically shipped using UPS. All shipping charges are FOB Manufacturer, unless otherwise stated

In some instances it is more efficient or requested by the customer to ship using an LTL freight line. Every effort will be made to accommodate this circumstance.

 Damaged Goods  All shipments are FOB Manufacturer. B&D assumes no responsibility for shipments damaged in transit, and all claims must be filed by the customer with the carrier
 Returns  DigiTab© High Speed Copier Tabs are fully guaranteed to operate on all tab capable machinery. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the performance of DigiTab’s they may be returned within 15 days of delivery. B&D does not assume any of the return shipping cost and barring a manufacturing defect only full cases are accepted subject to a 10% restocking fee.
